    About the Role

    As an Operator, you'll play a key role in delivering safe and efficient mining operations while operating a well-maintained fleet of heavy equipment.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Operating trucks, excavators and production dozers

    • Conducting pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks

    • Maintaining high standards of equipment care and housekeeping

    • Identifying and reporting equipment faults and operational issues

    • Working in accordance with all site safety procedures and operational requirements

    About the Role

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Environmental Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in the resources sector, gaining hands-on experience across a range of environmental disciplines in an operational mining environment.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    ·         Conduct routine environmental inspections, audits, and field monitoring activities

    ·         Support the preparation of environmental reports, permits, regulatory submissions and maintain environmental compliance registers

    ·         Assist with flora, fauna, water quality, and erosion and sediment control monitoring

    ·         Support rehabilitation planning and progressive rehabilitation activities

    What you will Bring:

    •        Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline

    •        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, while QGIS, Python/ R, UAV experience is advantageous

    •        Current Queensland driver's licence and willingness to reside at remote site locations on a 15/13 DIDO roster

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and proactive Environmental Advisor to join our site-based environmental team. In this role, you will take a leading hand in driving environmental compliance, performance improvement, and best-practice environmental management across our operations.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    •        Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of site Environmental Management Plans and compliance systems

    •        Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, approvals, and licence conditions, including regulatory reporting

    •        Identifying environmental risks, auditing, monitoring and implementing corrective and preventive actions

    •        Supervising and mentoring the Graduate Advisor

    What you will Bring:

    •        Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline and minimum 3 years' experience in the mining or resources sector

    •        Demonstrated knowledge of Queensland environmental legislation, including the Environmental Protection Act 1994 and associated frameworks

    •        Experience with rehabilitation and / or closure planning is highly regarded

    •        Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
