Stephen Bizzell – Executive Chairman
Stephen Bizzell brings over 30 years of corporate finance and public company management experience. He is chairman of Bizzell Capital Partners Pty Ltd and serves on the boards of several ASX-listed companies. Stephen co-founded Arrow Energy and guided it to its $3.5 billion sale. His expertise includes corporate restructuring, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.

Peter Wright – Non-Executive Director
Peter Wright has 20+ years of experience in financial markets, focusing on the resources sector. He is an Executive Director of Bizzell Capital Partners and Greenwing Resources Ltd. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Mark Baker – Non-Executive Director
Mark Baker has extensive experience in media, government relations, and Asia-Pacific operations. He is a board member of the Defence Reserves Support Council (Victoria) and holds a Bachelor of Arts. Mark is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Brad Sampson – Chief Executive Officer
Brad Sampson has over 30 years of international mining experience across operational, executive, and board roles. Former CEO of Discovery Metals Ltd and Kore Potash Ltd, he has also held senior roles at Newcrest Mining Ltd. Brad holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering, an MBA, and multiple Mine Manager’s Certificates of Competency.

MANAGEMENT

Paul Marshall – Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer
Paul Marshall is a Chartered Accountant with 30+ years’ experience in financial reporting, corporate governance, and capital markets. He has worked with Ernst & Young and as Company Secretary/CFO for multiple resource companies. Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance.

Rodney Cooper – Environment Manager
Rodney Cooper has 16 years’ mining sector experience, supporting green and brownfield projects across Queensland and New South Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences, is a member of AusIMM, and has also acted as an environmental regulator in Queensland.
